The structure and specifications of the camping tent

Due to the different requirements of travelers, camping tent design is divided into different structural forms, which can be divided into single-room structure and hall-style structure:

The space of the single-chamber structure is only designed for sleeping, and the focus is on reducing volume and weight. The hall-style tent has a door-canopy hall outside the sleeping space. In addition to being more superior in wind and rain protection, it also provides space for storage equipment.

In order to adapt to different temperature environments, camping tents are divided into different structures such as single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer:

The advantages of single layer are light, economical, small in size, and relatively simple manufacturing process. The difference between the double layer and the single layer is that a layer of inner tent with better air permeability is added in the design, which mainly solves the contradiction of water condensation on the inner wall of the single layer tent. Because in the cooler season, the hot air discharged by the human body will condense water droplets on the inner wall of the tent under the action of the cold air outside the tent, and the accumulated water will wet the sleeping bag when it flows down the inner wall of the tent. The tent is not directly connected to the bottom of the inner tent. The heat emitted by the human body will pass through the inner tent, and the water droplets condensed on the outer tent can flow directly to the ground. In this sense, single-layer tents are mainly suitable for warmer regions or seasons. Double-layer tents are suitable for cool seasons or cold regions. The design of the three-layer tent is to add another layer of cotton tent to the inner tent, which further enhances the heat preservation effect. This kind of tent is used in an environment of minus 10 degrees, and the temperature inside the tent can rise to about zero degrees.
